All services are offered virtually. We meet via video with the use of Headway. To access counseling or coaching, a computer, phone or other device with camera and microphone capabilities is needed.

One huge component of experiencing emotional safety with a counselor is “confidentiality,” and therefore you must also ensure privacy on your end of the call. Dogs, cats and animals are welcome be in the same room but humans who are not enrolled in counseling with me are not.
